2. Nature of Platform & Brand Tie-Ups

The Booker operates as an online marketplace facilitating the aggregation, sale, and distribution of digital vouchers, electronic gift cards, promotional coupons, and cashback incentives across reputed retail and online merchant brands.

All brand vouchers displayed on this website are distributed via legitimate brand tie-up agreements, authorized wholesale aggregator networks, channel partnership arrangements, and API gift card aggregators. Brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used purely for identifying the product offerings.

3. GST, SAC Codes & Pricing

• Platform Services Classification: The electronic voucher marketplace and digital delivery facilitation services are classified under SAC Code: 998313 (Information technology and electronic network services) and SAC Code: 998599 (Other support services n.e.c.).
• Voucher Classification & HSN: Prepaid voucher instruments correspond to HSN Code: 4911.
• GST Treatment: Under CBIC Circular No. 243/37/2024-GST, gift vouchers and cards are actionable claims / payment instruments and do not attract separate GST at the time of purchase. Applicable GST is levied by the merchant brand upon redemption against the underlying goods or services. All prices displayed on The Booker storefront are all-inclusive with zero surprise fees.
• Currency: All payments and transaction values are denoted in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹).

4. Digital Delivery of Vouchers

• All products sold on The Booker are electronic digital codes (e-vouchers). No physical shipment is required or dispatched.
• Upon successful completion of payment through our payment gateway, voucher codes along with PINs (where applicable) and redemption instructions are instantly dispatched to the email address and displayed in your account order summary.
• Please ensure the email address entered during checkout is correct and active.

5. Payment Processing & Gateway Partners

Online payments on The Booker are processed through Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized payment aggregators and secure payment gateways. We support multiple payment instruments including Unified Payments Interface (UPI - Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and comply with PCI-DSS standards. APANISHOPPY ENTERPRISE OPC PRIVATE LIMITED does not store your banking passwords, CVV, or UPI PIN.

6. Cancellation, Refund & Expiry

• Please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for detailed terms.
• Once an e-voucher code has been viewed, redeemed, or partially consumed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Unredeemed and non-working vouchers reported within 24 hours of purchase will be investigated and refunded within 5-7 business days via the original payment source.
• Each voucher has an expiry date specified by the issuer brand. The Booker is not liable for vouchers that expire after purchase without being utilized.

7. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide authentic, accurate personal and contact information during checkout.
• Not engage in fraudulent, duplicate, or unlawful transactions.
• Keep voucher codes confidential upon receipt to avoid unauthorized redemption.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, APANISHOPPY ENTERPRISE OPC PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from merchant store downtime, third-party brand inventory changes, or technical failures outside of our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
