Cancellation Policy

At The Booker, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Digital Vouchers

• Unused voucher codes can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• Once a voucher code has been revealed or used, it cannot be cancelled
• Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account dashboard
• Refunds for cancelled vouchers will be processed within 5-7 business days

How to Cancel

1. Log in to your The Booker account
2. Navigate to "My Orders"
3. Select the order you wish to cancel
4. Click "Request Cancellation"
5. Provide a reason (optional) and submit

Non-Cancellable Items

• Vouchers purchased during special promotional sales (unless otherwise stated)
• Time-sensitive or expiring vouchers within 48 hours of expiry
• Third-party gift cards that have been activated
