(CIN: U72900GJ2020OPC115414). Our cancellation policy ensures clarity, transparency,
and consumer protection for all transactions.
Cancellation Guidelines for Digital Vouchers
- Unrevealed / Unredeemed Codes: Orders for digital vouchers can be requested for
cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the voucher code has not been
revealed, copied, or redeemed.
- Instant Delivery Exception: Once a digital voucher code has been decrypted,
revealed on-screen, or redeemed at the partner brand portal, it is classified as consumed and cannot
be cancelled.
- Cancellation Requests: Requests can be submitted directly by emailing support@thebooker.in along with your
Order Number and purchase receipt.
- Refund for Cancelled Orders: Approved cancellations are refunded to the original
payment source within 5 to 7 business days via the payment gateway.
Non-Cancellable Orders
- Promotional clearance or flash deal vouchers explicitly marked non-cancellable.
- Time-sensitive vouchers within 48 hours of brand expiration.
- Third-party merchant gift cards that have been activated or linked to an account wallet.
