Platform Infrastructure & IT Services: SAC Code: 998313 (Information technology services & electronic marketplace portal facilitation) / SAC Code: 998599 (Other support services for distribution).
Voucher / Gift Card Instruments: Classified under HSN Code: 4911 (Actionable claims / payment instruments under GST).
GST Treatment (CBIC Circular No. 243/37/2024-GST): Digital gift cards and prepaid vouchers are actionable claims / payment instruments. As clarified by the CBIC, vouchers do not constitute a taxable supply on issuance; the face value of the voucher is exempt from extra tax at purchase. Applicable GST is levied by the merchant brand upon voucher redemption on the underlying goods or services.
Transparent Pricing: All voucher prices shown on the storefront are inclusive of all taxes. No additional surcharge or surprise fees are charged at checkout.

Payment Failed or Debited Without Voucher Confirmation?

If your account is debited but your voucher order is not instantly received:

Most payment gateway issues auto-reconcile within 15 to 30 minutes.
If the transaction is marked failed at the bank end, your money is automatically reversed to the source account within 5-7 working days.
If not refunded or if you need urgent assistance, email us at support@thebooker.in with your transaction reference or bank UTR number.
